I'd use a 4.000" Stroke and build it into a 427.. | Yes it's a stock stroke crank, 4.125" bore for a 387. Trust me, if I had the funds I'd be doing a 427 now. Maybe next year after the car is back on the road. This shortblock put down 472rwhp on a Mustang dyno with similar flowing cathedral style LS1 heads, so I'm hoping it's not a pig with these L92 heads...
