Nope, just the modification to the firewall/cowl area. The TH350 will need some type of modification to the cross member for it to bolt up, a welder will be your friend. Keep the intake about 5.5 inches tall from the top of the block to the carb mounting point and you will have room for the carb and a air cleaner or carb hat. If you are gong to be a dedicated track car with power you will want to look into motor mounts that will be able to mount all 2 bolt holes as the LT1 has the use of 2 SBC location mounting holes and one further back, or engine braces wil do fine.
