I've heard two LT1's with the Magnaflow catback. One was a '96 T/A with stock manifolds and cats. And the other was a '97 Formula with Hooker LT's and no cats. I didn't care for the sound of either. They both even said that my old exhaust setup sounded better even. All I had was Edelbrock TES shorties, no cat, and a Flowmaster 80 series with stock piping. I really did like the sound of it, but I was tired of the rasp and crackle, and I also wanted more power. So, I went with LT's and TD's. lol |
