Default 2001 Trans AM WS6 Heads/cam car 425/395 rwhp

Well guys, i dont want to do this but im going to put the car up for sale. Money is just way tight right now after buying the house and whatnot. Here are the details:
Its a 2001 Trams-Am WS6. 6 Speed. 106k miles on it. Car is Pewter with blackbird stripes, tinted tails and side markers, tan leather interior in excellent shape. Car has a few scrathes here and there and the normal rock chips but its a very very clean car. The car was tuned by me with HPT and put down 425/395 throught the full exhaust. Its also got a LC-1 wideband hardwired in the car and it sets in the glove box. Car is tuned in SD but still has the maf inline. Asking 13,500.00 for the car. Located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Below are the following mods:

Interior:
Tan leather in excellent shape
Dash pad in great shape. No cracks, etc.
The door panels have the normal cracks in them.
WS6store short stick.
LED shift light/tach in the center gauge vent.
Pioneer head unit with JBL GTO series 6.5 speakers, MB Qaurt 10 in a stealth box, all powered by an MB Qaurt 5 channel amp.

Exterior:
Tinted tails, side markers and third brakelight.
black CETA mod
Blackbird stripes
Black emblems and rear inlays
The front bumper has small stress cracks on it, but you have to be looking for them, it is also cracked underneath about 2 inchs. You also have to get down and look under the bumper to see this.

Mods:
226/230 .609/.588 111+1 Patrick G cam
LS7 lifters
GM MLS head gaskets
CNC ported LS6 heads milled to 58cc
Patriot Dual gold valve springs w/ titanium retainers.
Lingenfelter High volume oil pump
LS2 timing chain
Flowtech headers with XS stainless catless Y pipe and magnaflow catback exhaust.
SVO Blue top injectors. I think they flow like 42 lb's on our fuel pressure.
Richmond 4.10 gears (make quite abit of noise)
Midwest Chassis and Performance Chassis mounted adjustable tq arm.
Competition engineering rear drag shocks.
Double Adjustable lower control arms
LCA relocation brackets.
BFG DR's

the bad:
The car does need a new valve seal because I had to reuse one of the old ones when I did the heads/cam. It is on the front passenger side of the head, so its an easy install. And the rear end whines pretty good. But other then that the car is solid.

Here are a few pictures of the car:
