When you first pm'd me with your payment info, the paypal account you gave me was not allowed to accept payments. I still have ALL the PM's.
Paypal case PP-556-976-823 was found in your favor, lars1361, because your seller, mycar2fast2@aol.com did not respond any of our requests to provide us information or immediate action to resolve the claim, and the PayPal Protection Services team worked your complaint to the best of their ability attempting to secure a refund for your transaction. Unfortunately, there were not sufficient funds in the seller's account to pay any of your claim. We may however, limit the use of seller if he or she has unresolved complaints on their record.
If this transaction occurred on an auction site other than eBay, we encourage you to contact that auction site, as they may provide you with insurance coverage.
