my buddy had the older cam. 231/237 on a 112 lsa (lingenfelter grind)with patriot ls6 style heads. he drove the shit out of that combo. i am talking over 20k HARD miles and ran the best of 11.57 full wieght/trim. he had patriot gold valve springs and never had any spring issues.
