So here is a continuation, but of the other headlight which is about 85% done:

With the headlight projector mounted:

taped and ready for fiberglass:

'glassin:

'glass dried, tape removed:

some cutting done:

more cutting done:

Some Bondo done, this is the most tedious process:

more sanding and etching primer

Painted and almost ready for final assembly
