um... not quite.

Halogen projectors have a narrower beam with more centralized light because halogen bulbs don't produce as much light.

HID projectors produce a wider more uniform beam because a HID capsule produces more light.

Therefore TSX HID projectors will produce a wider, brighter, more uniform beam than those ebay Halogen projectors.
