I am new to this site and have been trying to get some ideas for my 98 build. My project started out as a firebird and first thing I replaced was the rear deck lid. I am currently pulling out the whimpy V-6 and building a fuel injected 454 in it's place. I was originally going to install a LS1 but came across someone that did a big block install. NOTHING BEATS THE TORQUE AND POWER OF A BIG BLOCK so I decided I have to do it. I have already purchased an engine and would like to go fuel injected. I would like to install a Victor Jr. fuel injection intake and modify it so I can add a throttle body like the LS1 style throttle body(so I can use the Ram Air hood and keep it functional) Anyway to make a long story short (too late) Can anyone tell me if a 80mm throttle body is too small or should I upgrade.
