Thanks guys. I didn't even mention it in my reply last night, but the deal we agreed on was for his asking price. It's not like I low balled him and he reluctantly accepted or something...

 

I have removed all references to him being a scammer from this thread and elsewhere. Technically, he did not scam me he fucked me over and I want the reports to be accurate since they are meant to inform future potential buyers of his antics.
