1) Can I use the ls1 heads, and other supporting accessories, on the 427 block (even though they wont work its best)?
2) Will I be ruining the 427 block by using these?
3) Could I use the same 6 speed T56 stock transmission, stock 10 bolt rear-end for now til I can free up some more cash? If so, how long can these hold up before they break or something goes wrong?
Pls help Me out as I have no idea which direction to take with these. My vision is just to have a badass 427 camaro. Thnx Ben |
Well by 427 block do you mean an LS7 or a stroked 6.0 liter aka lq9 LSX block or a really stroked out stock block? Now you could do it a bunch of diffrent ways you really should also look into supporting mods what your power goals are and all that because having a 427 cid is one thing making power is another....and do you really need all that to get where you want to be? Its not cheap Ill tell you that do you have supporting chassis mods Like I always say cheap fast reliable pick two. I guess you could use stock ported casting but you have so many diffrent choices out there I would look into other peoples builds....also what is your budget
