 427 dilemma
First of all, its a ls7 427 bored to 442. Well the only reason why I plan to get the block, crank, pistons etc first is because the guy selling it is giving Me a good deal. So who knows when I'll be able to buy a big block like this under $10k, besides the LS7 block only, costs $14,000.
This will kinda be a 2yr project for Me.
Does anyone know somebody out there that has done this before? i.e. installing 427 or 442 in there 2001 camaro ss and still used the stock ls1 heads and other accessories? |
