Check out EFI LIVE and its V1. It has external input capability unlike the HPT Std. But misses out on all the stuff u don't need like CAN Vehicle support as is in the higher end HTP Pro and EFI LIVE V2. It also allows black box logging which is logging for a period of time without a laptop.

The extra $50 is worth it believe me.
