Ditto here.
I use the EFILive and HPTuners repository tunes just to see how other people accomplish certain things. I initially started with a stock tune on my car; even though the only stock thing under my hood is the block.. I then started to log/tune/log/tune/log/tune from there.
Also, dont be afraid to ask questions here and especially on the EFILive forums. The guys there are very helpful.
