You need to do the IFR table. The Injector flow rate table. Stock injectors are 28lbs, not sure what those are, but they are most likely bigger. The pcm is telling the injectors to open up X amount. If you have an injector that flows more fuel and its opening up the same as the smaller injector, then its going to dump more fuel. You can find a table on here that will help you to get the numbers right, assuming you know what size the injectors are.
