Default 12.54 at 114 MPH. 2.0 60'. How much left in it?

Went to the track last week. No rear sway bar killed me(Wheel Hop bad) and too little air pressure in the Nittos (12.5psi) It ran two back to back consistent runs at 113.94 (exact MPH both times never happen again probably) HORRIBLE 60' at 1.94 and 2.0. Lots to be gained there.

My question is, with that MPH, it has 11's in it does it not? It ran 89 MPH and 90 MPH at the 8th last two runs. I took the front sway bar off and added my BMR rear sway bar back to the car. It was off for my 9" install and never found its way back

So, you guys think this car will run 11's with a better 60'?

Basic mods in sig.

You will be real close but with that MPH 11's are still a lil ways away... 116-118mph should have you breaking the 11's with good 60's... I would say with a better 60 you should be a 12.2 give or take.... Just my .02

FYI my old camaro used to pull 11.9x -12.1x @ 116.xx mph with 1.9 60's.... If I can remember correctly I think my best time was an 11.92 @ 117.xx with a 1.8 60'.... But we had a good DA that day from what i remember...

When I was cam/boltons stock suspension 3.73 gears out back I ran 11.8's-11.9's all day long at 113mph. I have a stalled auto though and was getting 1.63-1.64 60ft times with 275/40/17 m/t drs.

The car is also full weight plus around 100lbs of stereo stuff

especially with a bolt on 6spd car with stock gears.

the best ive done only a few times was 1.69 60's. that should change come fall of this year.

if this guy cut a 60' in the 1.65-1.70 range he could hit 11s. also if he waits until fall/winter time, he will drop a few tenths with some nice negative DA

The rear is a Moser 9" with a 4.11.

60' on all runs were 2.0/1.94. Horrible

Next run will have a bigger BMR rear sway bar. No front sway bar. 16 PSI nittos 555R's.

It has Hotchkiss SFC, Boxed LCA's, and BMR adjustable TQ Arm.

I need shocks badly. I am going back this Wed. Hoping for at least a 12.1 at 11X.

Maybe someone here can give me thier experience know all's.

When I installed me Moser 9", I put the LCA's in the middle hole. They are almost perfectly straight when suspension is loaded. Do I want them straight, up, or down? Im just trying to get my wheel hop figured out. Even though Im pretty sure it had everything to do with not having a rear sway bar.

From what I've read, it's best to have them straight. But every car is different and you should adjust them by trial and error and see what works best for you

Thats my plan. Before I go and spend 1300 bucks on double adjustable Koni's/QA-1's, Im going to experiment with the 3 holes.

Im really hoping adding my rear sway bar and removing the front sway bar will help. Plus adding 4-5 PSI to the Nitto DR's (Were at 12.5 PSI). Im excited, I want the 11 second badly

Well, it didnt change. These Nittos are coming off pronto. I went 12.4 at 116 all night. Tried 6 different tire pressures, and 6 different RPM launch's. Im gonna throw my MT ET's back on, and maybe take my buddies 15" slick. Just not looking forward to grinding is all.

I didnt buy this damn 2500 9" to spin all damn day long, I want some 1.6's!
