V headers are expensive that's for sure! There's just not enough market to justify making a CTS-V header at this time sorry!

Get ya a Camaro!

Does the inside of the X's look any different than your 4th gen stuff? If not, I'll pass and find something else.

Hopefully for my birthday I will be buying a new exhaust from you guys. Just headers/Catted Y pipe though as I'll be putting in dual electric cut outs.....who cares about the muffler when you can just run the cutouts...lol...

The x pipe can easily be seen in the picture posted above. It's compareable to all the other x pipes currently being built for these cars...

Good blow over for the X-pipe. How about you cut one open and then show pics like someone did of the 4th gen systems. If they truly are quality units it will be nice smooth transitions. Thats what I'm looking for. I've paid good money for **** quality parts from sponsors.

I did all the photos and install on the first system so here is what I can answer:

These headers are manufactured with US 409 stainless, at .071" wall thickness, I'll have to check on the catback but prob the same. I'm no expert on stainless, but I believe most headers utilize thinner (~.050") stainless on the primary piping. There are currently no HVMC w/spike in these, TSP may offer it as an upgraded option in the future - it is worth about 4-6 rwtq or so.

Thanks for all the questions guys!

To make sure the headers performed as we had desired we replaced a competitors 1 7/8" long tubes with cat 3" x pipe & stock mufflers that we currently sell a lot of for our complete system & did back to back testing. I will be happy to post the dyno sheets for you guys tomorrow when I get to work.

We've all seen headers installed on a stock car, it was important to me to make sure we built a combo that makes power as good as any combo currently available at ANY PRICE!

We tested both combos on my 500rwhp 2010 because I wanted to make sure at larger power levels the system performs well. The combo made almost identical torque & a few more hp that my previous system. Combine that power gain with the fact that you get a nice sounds 3" muffler instead of those hollow sounding stock mufflers, and pay less than the competitors header/x pipe combo & you can see why this combo is a real winner!
