Jason since you seem to be an expert on this. Would the following products create a true HID setup?

Pair of Philips D2S bulbs
*Non Sponsor

Philips Ballast
*Non Sponsor

Bosch E46 projectors
Where the hell do you buy these things?

Wiring harness
Where to buy?

Old headlight assembly for mounting...anything else?
