This is from Slowgoat (gotohmy also supplied info), with notes of my own in blue. Hope this helps clarify some issues. This is a single stg wiring, and was used on an '05 GTO. Can use the dual stg FJO wiring diagram and just drop the 2nd stg stuff. Please check this out for errors, anyone (Ricky).

NITROUS SOLENOID
wire 1 - big blue wire on FJO Controller
wire 2 - to 87 on relay (green wire)

FUEL PRESSURE CUT OFF
wire 1 - ground
wire 2 - to 85 on relay (white wire)

RELAY
black - battery positive (constant power)
red - to accessory on toggle switch (arm switch)
green - to wire 2 on nitrous solenoid
white - to wire 2 on fuel pressure cut off

FJO CONTROLLER
(window switch and progressive)
big black - ground
big red - n/a (used for a 2nd stg trigger or two ramp rates)
big blue - to wire 1 on soleniod
(harness)
black - ground (common ground)
white - acc. of toggle switch (arm sw)
white/red - throttle position wire (green wire on throttle body)(TPS)
(small) red - n/a (trigger wire, for trans brake, 1st gear sw, to run the two different ramp rates on a single stg)
green - tach signal (green wire passenger side coil pack)

TOGGLE SWITCH
3 prongs
power - ignition (switched power)
acc. - to white wire of controller & red wire on relay)
ground - ground

While we are at it, program settings are to be as follows (TPS) Falls RPM multiplier x 2

I hope this can be used by others so they don't go threw the mess I did...

Edit: here is some info on the tach and TPS wiring for the '04 and '05 GTO. Info (almost quoted) from NX Ricky.
04 GTO LS1
TPS wire-at the throttle body BLUE wire. at the computer pin 24 grean seal connector 2. blue wire
TACH coil trigger wire-light green passenger side connector, at the computer pin 10 green seal connector 2. brown wire


05 GTO LS2
TPS wire-at the computer pin 31 green for falling black connector. TPS at the throttle body Green wire
Tach coil trigger wire-light green passenger side connector. At the computer pin 48 blue connector 1 Brown wire I believe..
