Sponsor Feedback Forum Info
Users can create threads, and only they and the site sponsors can reply to them. That's basically it -- get the notice out there, and effect a solution if possible. Anything else is unrelated people just wanting to get their opinion in, which in nearly every case doesn't actually add value. In many cases, it can prevent the issue from being resolved.
The feedback forum isn't a "lets bash on Johnny's Widgets" forum, its designed to let people know about an experience with a vendor, and if that experience wasn't positive to allow the involved parties to work it out. If someone wants to share THEIR experiences, they can do it in their own thread -- not in someone else's. |
