True, when one says "
cam only" it doesn't necessarily mean that the
only mod done to the car was a cam swap, it simply means that the factory cylinder heads remain intact and untouched, all other
supporting goodies are assumed to be on there.

Well I wouldn't go quite
that far, stock LS3s have been running low, low 12s as of late with one allegedly hitting an 11.71 in bone stock trim but yes even an ET improvement of .9 - 1.3 seconds (and roughly 8mph) over stock is still amazing for those mods.
