That car will be sex on wheels if you strip the door molding and de-badge

I've since repainted the calipers pewter to match the car as well, to be more of a clean, understated look, but no good pics yet.
I'm more for the less is more approach. I've been kicking around removing the windsheild wipers considering I don't even drive the car with the t-tops in, so there's no real need for the wipers.
Edit: found a pic....

Is everyone using the same 'heat and fishing line' combo to get off the side moldings? I envision going through a lot of fishing line.

No need for fishing line, at least I didn't use it. Just use a hairdryer and warm up the areas or leave it out in the sun for a while and then slowly start to pull them off. The key here is 'slowly'. If there is any residue left, a quick shot of wd-40 or the new fluid film that you can get a free sample of, will take it right off without any harm to the paint.

To me, nothing else on the road looks like a Trans Am, so there's no need for badges to spell it out.
Look at all of your high end custom builds, there's no badges or decals on any of them.

I might want it.

I can't stand the door molding. The "Trans Am" doesn't look bad but I took mine off anyway. I can't believe I left it on as long as I did.
