I think that if you have done the CETA mod or have a dark colored car like black or NBM you may be able to pull it off, because with those colors the gaps dont stand out AS much, though they do still look pretty empty. but any other colored cars definitely need some tips filling the gaps. i'm looking at doing LT's and True Duals eventualy, but i'm going to have the exhaust shop run them out the back. thats the one negative of the gaps in the t/a bumper, it just looks a little wierd without tips, where as with other cars (camaros, formulas, etc...) will look fine without them

My TA is black and I was running an open y-pipe for a year and loved how it looked with no tips. Now I have tips and dont like the look at all but everyone has their own opinions about everything.

I don't like th gap and empty looking space on the T/A bumper, but a bird bumper can pull it off nicely

I wasn't sure I'd like it till I did it. Dumps are better in nearly every way. It took like a week or two after I got rid of the catback to get used to it, now I never want tips again.

Hmmm I've got a f*&ked up bumper. Might fill the gaps to see how it looks. Just curious, besides it's will be going to the dump not on a car.

The T/A Bumper needs tips but the formula bumper needs no tips.
