Default HID install Help,Middle of installing them

I ordered a DD hid kit for low beams with h7 bulbs.Well i got the driver side installed and works great,so i start the passenger side install.I get it all bolted in and pluged up and nothing.all the wires are connected proper .So i look at my ballast and you have the plug coming out of your ballast that is a hot and ground with a 2 prong connector at the end.For some reason i deced to flip this plug around .I did and it came on .But if you look at the plug it looks backwards.

So whats up with this?If you do it like you are supposed to and plug it in it does not work but if you flip the plug around 180 degrees it works great ,But the polarity is wrong according to the plug.

i read that sometimes you have to flip the plug but this seems to be with camaro owners,i just want to make sure it would be the same with Trans am's

regular halogen lamps aren't polarity specific, HIDS require the correct order, if the plug works one way and not the other, obviously the plug isnt attached to wires correctly (from ballast). it will still work if u keep the plug upside down, ur good buddy.

Every kit I ordered (upwards of 10) all of them were the same when I hooked them up.

Works fine as it sits so you dont need to worry.

I also had the same problem with my Silverado! I didn't have that problem with my WS.6 though.
