I like the stripes. Only thing I could say about them is I wished they came to more of a point at the end instead of being rounded off.

I know I have seen those stripes and badges before
(Got em on my car about 6 months ago)

homerun did you have your car at the show during the lsx shootout??? If so your cars were i got the idea. I wanted more of a point like yours but the vinyl shop that made them for me said the towel would pick up the points when drying the car.

Both cars look good, I already decided I'm getting some, but just haven't picked a color yet.

predator200289 the car looks good. i think you could do some more things here and there to make more use of the color so it doesnt stand out so much.

paint = cost is no comparison to vinyls
-------irreversable...dont like it, deal with it, no turning back
-------overall process is a hassle

vinyl = can be removed if you dont like it
-------price is not bad at all
-------good quality
-------very easy install, cut to fit

BUT, of coarse, if you can pay, and are sure you are going to want the look, vinyls have NOTHING on a good paint job

personally i'm not sure about stripes on mine, i really like the all black look. if anything id look into some dark charcoal met. stripes. but since im not sure if id really like them, id go vinyls

Looks good on both cars. Just curious though, are either one of you guys running an LSX block?

I am ...454 with a huge cam puttin out about 600hp

But really no im not nor is that the reason I got the "LSX" emblem. I got it because I did not like the way "LS1" looked in the letters. And I had always thought of "LSX" as a series of motors. LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, LS7, LS9 etc....I never thought about someone wondering whether I was running the actual "LSX" block.

Looks good. I don't have a sunoco but a 3 inch lt1 hood that I will be putting cowl stripes on when I get the money for paint. I'm not sure if I want it to say "357 LT1", or "357 C.I.".
