I don't have a black car, but I have black housing Sonar lights.

Very nice.

These are the first aftermarket Camaro lights I've seen that I like!

BobDoLe,

They look good!

I just hate the extras they add to the aftermarket lights like LED lights on the side, etc

Do you get good lighting at night? I put a pair on my 02 Tahoe Z71 and they weren't so good, but they looked great.

These pics were taken the first of the year when I first installed them (hence the snow on the ground):

Not all ebay projectors are equal. Some use H3 bulbs, which are narrow and have a lower light output. These use H1 which is much better.

i went with the black to reduce reflective surface area for LIDAR, but it also hides the 3 led's on the sides. i also keep the led and halo wires disconnected as i'm not really into the look of them. you could remove the halos, but i get a kick out of how it replicates the catfish eye look (see catfish picture above).

aside from making it easier for a laser to get a quick lock, i think they look great in chrome on white camaro after looking at the op's pics though.

This is one of the reasons I would want a Camaro. Just so I can buy some lights that look like they belong on a new car and are not from the 90's

To the OP, did the sonars come with the HID? Or was it just a housing and you purchased the HID somewhere else?
