I was searching around on how to take the haedlights apart and found my original post. I didn't find the info I am looking for. Here are a few more pics. I am going to mess with the lights this weekend to see if I can get them brighter. I haven't taken them apart yet but they don't appear to be true HID. I think the low beam might have a stocker bulb in it. The high beam is a stocker type bulb.

Yep they are only projector bulbs. Replacement bulb H1 (55w). I tried Siverstar bulbs and there is not much of a difference.
Thinking about going back to stock.

Why?

Get a HID kit for the low beam and leave the high beam halogen (you can't flick HID on/of quickly, they are too slow and it can damage them). We have a sponsor that sells HID kits.... www.LEDGauges.com
