I just got finished with my road test. I have a 2000 PCM running a 4L80. I did have a segment swap done, but was tired of the TCC unlocking below 5% throttle (no matter what).



Edit: I had a change of heart. I have a good bit of time in this. PM for details.



Oh BTW my converter no longer unlocks below 5% throttle.....


Also note, you will still need to move 2 pins on the Transmission (see below).



I have a 1996 impala ss lt1 . With factory 4l60e. I'm reving to 8500 rpm. Stock limited slip. 500 who / 500 rwt. Broke the sprag. Tire shredder I looking to put a 4l80e in out of a 1996 3500 Express. I use mini high torque starter out of 454 gen 2. 153 tooth flex plate. To match. 4l80e 2000 stall. Custom drive shaft. Custom trans adapter bracket. Factory 1996 impala ss floor shifter. BM shift cable

I need help with the wiring the 4l80e to the 4l60e lt1 harness. Shift solenoids ,TCC lockup, reverse solenoid , speedometer etc.. tuning.
