Default check valve/little ball bearing in input shaft

I need some quick help, I am about install my stall and read somewhere I need to remove the ball bearing check valve in the end of the input shaft when installing an aftermarket stall. I would of asket I forgotd sooner bu

Yes removing it can help improve lockup apply with a small diameter converter and improve clutch life. However may be a little to agressive with a multi clutch converter.
