Question 4L60e Overdrive Problem

If I accelerate up to about 45 mph the car goes to shift into overdrive. If I keep the mph at 45 the car seems to be going in and out overdrive. It doesn't seem to stop unless I start to accelerate. Anybody know what it could be?

It would seem more likley it would be dropping in and out of lockup than dropping in and out of overdrive.

Most typical reason is Random Missfire Detection by the PCM perhaps real or not and caused by either a small converter or a large cam . In anycase sounds like a tuning issue.
