Default 4l60 upgrade

if you were to buy a built 4l60 trans and later decide to go to a mvb with reverse shifting would ass that be accomplished with just a new or reworked valve body?

you can add a MVB but it will be a forward manual valve body to the best of my knowledge no one makes a reverse manual valve body for the 60e
