Default 4:60E Reccommendations - 550-600 RWHP

I've had my 4L60E in my car for about 2.5 years and something recently broke inside so Ill be rebuilding it over the Thanksgiving holiday. When I built it a couple years ago I put pretty much all of the "top of the line" stuff in it at the time. Below is what I plan on putting in it this time around, are than any other upgrades I should add? Transmission is running a PTC Race 4000 NLU converter
TCI .570 boost valve (currently a Trans Go .500)
New Beast Sunshell
TCI 376005 2nd billet servo and 376006 4th billet servo
Transgo Performance 4L6-CCV (since Im using a non lockup converter)
new Transgo Performance 700-PKH (think the spring was getting weak causing hanging shifts)
or possibly the TCI Auto 374675 Font Pump Kit
new TCI Forward Sprag
new Transgo Performance 7-CS - 3-4 spring kit

Plus of course whatever broke in the transmission.

Im thinking of going with the Transgo 4L60E-3 full manual shift kit has anyone used this kit?

Last rebuild I used the Hughes Performance HP3789K and it seemed to hold fine, the fluid is nice and clean, I believe this is the result of a hard part failure, and might use it again, any suggestions here? Is it better to just piece it together? It may not need any new clutches, but since it out I want to do it all at once. I have also been looking at the TCI Auto 37895 rebuild kit.

Are any of you guys running around 550-600RWHP still running a 4L60E? If so, what parts are you using?

I am using one and I like it. You can let the computer control lockup or you can take full control. I am using a seperate switch for lockup. I like full man function, but some do not. I am using a pt4000.

It seems like I had more hard parts in my trans.... something about a 300m shaft? and another piece in the ft of the trans that was machined down and has a ring pressed onto it... The formentioned shaft mates to this (sorry... not a trans guy). I was told this was a big HP mod.... My trans builder also did something with the output shaft to make it stronger and he put in a bushing that had more support for the output shaft. I can see if I can find the list... I think it was like $2100.00 in parts. (I think the shaft itself was $600.00). This spring it will see much more then it did this past year. I am going to push it north of 800rwhp (turbo) and see if it comes apart. I hope this helps.

Care to share what parts are in there? or if any are even able to be used in the Camaro version? (not sure if there is a lot of difference)

This definitely helps. I'm already running the 5 pinion planet and hardened output shaft from the last build, so provided that's not what broke, I should be good there.
