After reading a little farther into this it's seriously pathetic how Ford is running their operations!
The fact of the matter is that you have no clue about Ford and how they are running their operation. They are (or at least they were) the 5th biggest company in the world. Are you telling me that you understand their operating plan based on an article? Give me a break already. Lord...the internet is full of idiocy sometimes.

Alright, I retract my statement and meant something like "its sad how Ford, Ford Racing, and Shelby is handling this customer." Shipping damaged goods and forcing the customer to return the sheet metal that he OWNS (by buying the car, no? Should they have said by buying this car "we" are still entitled to the sheet metal if in case you damage it?) is filthy. By no means did I claim to understand the whole of Ford dealings. By operations I meant how they give this particular person the "runaround".

How about, it is sad that Ford opted to partner back up with Shelby, given the company's fairly litigious history and near obessive compulsive need to control their parts. As the fifth largest company they should have either kicked his ass to the curb or beaten him in to line.
just read that entire thread, that was ridiculous.

You must not understand how business works. Take a look at the profit
Ford just posted. Think big. "Controlling parts" is pretty a narrow
view.
