Is this for all Hybrids or just Toyota? I don't see anything referencing Honda.

^^^^ very true. but I highly doubt these cars will be banned from the U.S. market. most likely Paice will accept a grant of money to be quiet and not take action.

I don't think the cars will be banned from the US as the article says it's unlikely though it may happen in the future if sales continue to decline at the rate they are at the moment.
