I'll bet it's nothing special. Probably just an LSx based complete powertrain. And by complete I mean engine, starter, accessories and brackets, wiring, intake, injectors, PCM, torque converter, transmission etc. Just mount it up, connect a fuel line, some hoses and a couple of powers and grounds and go.
