Not very helpful. I have been told by several people that it is a CTS-v clutch but I just wanted to triple check it. I also compared it to pictures of the CTS-v clutch and they appear to be identical. If it turns out not to be the correct clutch, the guy would get a full refund. Can someone actually tell "for sure" by the numbers?

The only way i know is that the CTS-V to my knowledge is the only car i've seen GM make with an LS style clutch that had a dual mass flywheel. That is a dual mass flywheel.

Yes, The part # 24230631 is listed as a GM # when this # is ordered it comes with friction disc, pressure plate and bolts. Might be pre-assembled? It retails for $772.14. Fits 04-07 CTS-V 6-speed.

The # 12568368 is listed as 04-06 CTS-V part. LS2 W/M12 6-speed.

The #'s 12568366 and 12797304 dont convert or come up in the GM catalog.

I would state that the flywheel and the friction disc are 100% CTS-V 6-speed 04-07 parts, the pressure plate I cant be 100% sure but some one might be able to identify by sight if it is a CTS-V part.

Hope this helps! Tim.

Its all 100% CTS-V: pp, disc, and flywheel. I cant believe anybody would actually buy a stock clutch kit for a V with it being a boat anchor and all.
