| I want a CTS-V!!! Wow... I randomly clicked on the CTS-V section of LS1tech and I want one! I never knew they were so sick. I really like the pics of your cars in the stickies.
I'd hate to sell my Camaro with all of the mods and lose money... The Caddy just seems more luxurious, practical, sexy, sleek, etc... lol
Anyone located in the Charleston area with one that I could check out??

| The thing with the V mostly, is you have to like having a sleeper, because that is what they are. Most folk have no real idea, with the exception of the kids working the McDonalds drive through, and anyone with an S-R-T-4.

| I went from an '05 vette to my '05 V. Haven't missed the vette yet. love the v. perfect mix of performance and luxury in my opinion; plus - you hardly ever see another one on the street...but yeah, it's a sleeper - only car buffs really know what they are looking at when they see one - but i get just as many compliments on how good it looks as i did with the vette.

| Make the switch, you won't be sad.
The first time you rip around a corner you'll be in love. The brakes work better than anything I've ever ridden in as well. You will shit a brick if all you've ever felt was f-body brakes. The cars ride incredibly smooth, the sound system is great, they get 26-28mpg on the highway, 18-19 mixed (at least mine does). They also have every performance part imaginable for them, but they do cost about as much as 'vette parts.

my .02 | Well, no one asked for your ".02" and WTF does "fall on its face mean"? Plus, no one buys a V for "collectors buy".
Actually, nothing you said here makes any sense or is helpful to anyone in the market for a V. Anyone who thinks a "sweet deal" is a V with paint scratches and cigarette burns in the leather should just learn to keep his mouth shut. |

my .02 | That car is a sweet deal in my opinion. Only 10k miles and still under warranty! I have seen and been in that car and it's very clean - basically brand new. If I was in the market for a V, I wouldn't pass that one up.

Thanks Tom! I still really dont want to sell it, but it just doesnt make sense to own it when I barely drive it. Let some one else enjoy it.
Maybe if you brought your SC V up to Harrisburg, I would change my mind. |
