With less boost, attributed to the better flowing FAST intake manifold, we have made 864 rwhp on a 84 degree day on 93 octane! It leaned out a little at the end of the run to 12.0/1, but we did not get any spark knock.

Just think how lean you wold have run with a sheetmetal intake or even that edelbrock! But add a little fuel and think of the power! Very nice gains with the fast by the way. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Jeff, we appreciate it!
We were adding fuel. Running a little lean tends to give you more horsepower, running rich tends to give you more torque. We had a good tune in it, then we added a few more degrees of timing. We didn't get any spark knock during the run, but we took the additional timing back out of the tune for regular street use. When Bob takes his V to the track, we can always swap tunes. Thanks.

Bob,
Congrats again, that V just keeps getting better. With an F-1/F-1A 12.4 psi is no where near the max, is this done due to fuel issue, as I am sure his built motor can handle more, or is this done for driveability?
