Default Best Transmission fluid

I have an 04 cts-v and just hit 44,500 miles I might be having some syncro issues i dont kno for sure. If I replaced the tranny fluid would that help the issue? and whats the best transmission fluid there is for my car?
And is there a good warrenty I can buy for my car that will cover all this shit?

I put B&G in my rear end, for the trans I just used to recomend GM dextron 3.

Some use syncromesh for the trans but I think its alittle to thick and wouldnt do good in cold weather with the small internal parts of the T56..

I used Amsoil ATF and have been happy with it.

What are your trans symptoms?

Well the trans fluid change is easy enough to do, so I would do that and also have the clutch fluid bled and changed. That would be the best start at tackling the problem.
