|  what is a blacktop?
so ive had my z28 for about a year. and it has a black top. is there any other difference that would have from another z28? |

Most of them have black tops. It's rare to find a body colored roof on a Z28 or SS. | |

Its a super speed option only offered on the camaro. The trans am was not abel to handel such an increase in speed so it was not allowed to be on that car.

Only the V6's have the body colored top.......Besides the B4C...

there are monochrome (all body color) Z28s (was an option in 95 for sure, NO they are not B4C cars) | |

In 95-97 body colored tops were a dime a dozen. I have an all red Z

I thought all "strippers" as in no "T" tops, no power accessories had the body colored roof? | |

im not sure, dont see many stripper cars around. most of the cars have ttops and of course are black | |
