Default Convert T-top to hardtop

I was on another F-Body forum today when someone mentioned that you can convert a T-top car to a hardtop; is that possible?
Is there a kit that does this and is it possible to make it look like the factory built the car as a hardtop?

If this truly is possible that would open up my options quite a bit in my vehicle search.

If it is a 93-02 car yes you just need the fiber glass top and sail pannel, it is one piece. There is also some kind of brace that goes from front to back where the T-tops latch that support the side and hold the weather strip for the window.

So I guess you need to get these parts from a donor car or can you purchase these parts from one of the Camaro parts suppliers? Either way I guess it's not really a cheap conversion.

Look up the T-top conversions on here. It'd pretty much be a reverse of the process.

You will also need a new headliner.

Just about have to get a donor car. I have done the conversion several times and it is a ton of work. You can't get the parts from GM almost everything is discontinued including the headliner.

^Agreed, I sold my 96 t-top for my 02 hardtop last month and Love it!!! It's a much more rigid and quiet ride.
