My buddy ran a 12.6 stock on street tires in his 2002 SS M6...So anything is possible with the driver mod!! that's a full second faster than my stock run of 13.6!!
Dont worry Art, I dont even mention what my car ran anymore just for the sake of not having a argument about it. I can't say it was stock though since it had bmr relocation brackets and a k&n.

another thing is, even people with auto's dont run 12's. and it takes absolutly no skill to run an automatic down the track, cause all you u have to do is press the damn gas pedal and go.

Yeah Woodburn is a good track. I just know I could of gotten 12's but my tires are def. holding me back! Theres always next year! And, yeah im thinking about selling it. Not sure yet.... ya dude tires really are the big thing with racing. i run all weather tires and they dont hook for shit, you either have to baby it off the line or burn em off the line lol. that would be sick if you got a 6spd ss, i love mine. that would probly be be cool if i got a hotel for cheap that would make it so much more worth it to go down that way

Yeah, its a damn nice hotel too. My in laws stay there when they come to town. Hell, I live right down the road and I even though of staying there for 50 bucks! hahahahaha
