Default Aftermarket gauges using 99 LS1 data line?

Are there aftermarket or some gauge package that will run off a 99 SS wiring harness (serial port?) The stock gauge pod will not fit in my 66 Rambler dash but I'm using most of the Camaro wiring harness throughout the car.

You can modify the Harness pretty easily to get them other signals that you need.. I had to do it with my swap, and a bunch of other things too..

Thanks "The Merv" but what I want to do is use the factory serial port to power aftermarket gauges. I looked at reconfiguring a stock 99 Camaro gauge cluster but most of it is printed circuits. Anyone?

Never heard of someone trying it or seen it. You'd probably need a computer geek to break it down and see if it's even possible. I would personally use aftermarket gauges as they would be much more accurate.

Well.. not sure if it can. but as RE' said. That Oil Pressure gauge is not very accurate on the 99' cluster. It been called a dump gauge!. So one more reason not to use it.
