| Congrats man. Post up pics when you get more.
Crowder, possibly. I still haven't found out myself because it's hard keeping my foot off the skinny pedal now
A V8 powered Jeep is how they should all come from the factory in my opinion. At least as an option. Night and day difference from my anemic 4.0L

| Enjoy.
I've got about 6 months and 4000 miles on my TJ with a 5.3 conversion. I'm getting about 15 to 16 mpg on 35" tires, 4.10 gears and a AX15 manual trans (if you short shift).
98BlackSS is right though, your toughest challenge will be keeping your foot out of the throttle (and keeping the D35 in one piece). |

| i got a ford 8.8 31 spline, it aint going to break, but i think i will start looking for a set of rubi axles, 33's and 4.10's should be fine with this 5.3. ive had 4.56's in my other 2 tj's but they were 4.0's that were stock.

| i used a factory repacement 3 core HD radiator, i used truck style headers, although in the spring i will be making my own headers, there isnt enough room to comfortably run exhaust down the drivers side, so im going to go under the oil pan over to the pass side and run 3 inch all the way back.
i would strongly suggest using all advance adapters stuff. i used M.O.R.E. motor mounts and really wish i hadnt. they are in the way of everything, and they dont fit very well.

| Do you have a PN for that 3 core rad? where did you order it from Advance adapter? I already have the Novak mounts.
Thanks for the info |

| i got the radiator from radiator barn.
i drove the jeep 32 miles to work today, ran great. it did have a miss, turns out i had been sold the wrong ac delco plugs, they were a little short part number 91-432 i think, and one had a crack. i put autolite cheapies in and it runs great.

I used AA's headers and fabbed the crossover. It was 2.5" at the header collector and transitions to 3" at the merge. I found that the Speedway header extender kit was a cheap solution for getting the slight bends for transitioning the down pipe sections.
Good luck!
