Sorry stupid question. Who's that other company that was offering the swap kit? I just need the hard parts because I am not going to use the stock gauges.

Seriously..for what I paid and the quality..youd be better off having eveything made. My 1000.00 oil pan leaks in 15 different places and doesnt fit right. The headers are amazing though and id buy those again.

We made a catch can today. Ill have the fittings on it tomorrow. The inlet and outlet are on top and the drain will be on the bottom. After that we are going to paint it wrinkle black like everything else.

These wheels arent as nice as the billets but I think they look better on my car. Im gonna use these slicks at the track wednesday and see how it goes. Im hoping for an 11.9 NA without breaking the rear end.

Quick cell phone shot of finished catch can. I used a small brass tube(about one inch) on the valley cover side to keep it from getting sucked right back up into the intake. I used a small brass petcock on the bottom and a small brass tube at the very bottom to keep everything clean when I drain it.

I put a tube in one of the elbows on top so the oil wouldnt suck right over.

Nice job Snyper. I was thinking of going with Prochargers new Universal serpentine and cog-style systems. It cam out on GM High Tech July's issue. Snyper do you think this system would work on our 350Z's? Let me know what you think.

I heard this car was supposed to run a Fiero last night. Did anything ever go down?

How did it go? My friend was telling me about a V8 powered 350Z and I remembered seeing this thread on LS1Tech. He saw you and the Fiero drive off but he didn't get to see the race.

It went unexpected for both of us. We both expected to easily walk away from each other..judging by how fast his car was im sure he was used to doing that..but I only edged 2 cars at most by the end of 3rd. I had just finished installing the nitrous that day but hadn't tuned the car for it yet so I didn't use it. At first I got nervous because he was right there with me...it was a good race.

On a side note..went to the track Saturday only to snap an axle like a twig on the first launch...I should be back on the road by the end of the week.

Car is schweet. I hope your posting this up on a nissan forum to ruffle some feathers

If you have, has anybody over there mentioned how small the lsx is?

I've seen a G35 with the titan v-8 and it barely fits. It was s/c'd and I doubt it was making any more power than what you have stock and it doesn't have an aftermarket hardly.
