Default LS2 Carb. ground cable from Home Depot/Lowe's??

I went by O'Reilly, Advance, Auto-Zone last nite. They do NOT sell the bare-ground (look like braided silver cable) for motor-frame/body. They do sell battery red/black cables(4awg.). I can't find one bare ground cable.
I saw some posts here, someone use bare ground cable from residential wires. I can't find informations. What kind of residential wires likely Romex MMH or TL could use gorund cable for LS2 Carb.motor-frame/body?

Aprreciate for input.

Well, anything that will conduct a sufficient electric current will work (obviously) - but if you'd prefer the "bare-ground (look like braided silver cable)" type, go to your local NAPA & get PN 770-6119. I just got one last week, if memory serves it was about $4 each, & they're 15" long.

Hope this helps.
