You could try that, but you may run the risk of air mixing and fouling up the read, depending on how short the pipes are. Then again might as well get the exhaust on there as you will need it any way.
Keep us posted!
I get this too. you have a what? With a what in it?

ok guys i got the car back from the exahust shop. i have one small problem. i have to run a jumper wire from the batt to the pink pcm ignition wire for it to run correct. i seams that nothing under the dash holds a true 12 volts while cranking and running. i am thinking i can run the feed off the starter? does that sound like it would work, i assume i will have to install a toggle switch or something? buy the way this thing is crazy loud, it sound great.
how about a starter relay, anyone know how that is wired? i can't stand the toggle switch idea on a street car with many drivers? any help would be appreciated!
There has to be a wire somewhere that used to send power to the old ignition coil. That should be hot in run and start, both.

Any progress on this? I'm dying to know how you did it as I'm getting pretty close to game time for my own swap.
It would be damn nice to have yours as a guideline. (Plus it sounds like you've got a simple way to do it.)
