They list just the pan for $126.09
So, do they sell everything else for $23 or is a kit for $150? How much is their shipping for everything?

The list price for the whole kit (pan, bolts, baffle, dip stick, dip stick tube, and pick up) is $180, most places discount it (I paid my local dealer $150, plus tax), but I've seen some asking $250 plus for it

You can get the same thing from GM as a package for 130ish from GM Parts direct. I ordered the kit the other day

They only had 3 in stock when I called, so they may have sold out now.

175 shipped is more than reasonable, especially since you have everything ready to ship now. Good luck with your sale!!!

I don't want to knock a another member out of sale, but I have the same pan available if this one is no longer available. Same story in that it was installed once, but was never ran or had oil put in it. I have the screen, pick up tube and dip stick.
Let me know if you are interested once you hear back from my fellow Texan.
