I just turned the key and on 1st crank it fired up.. If you have primed the oil system, you should be ready to go..

How did you prime the oil system ? I know it can be done, but just wondering how you did it ?

Well, I just did it the old way... I filled the filter with oil and when i put on the pump, I used assembly lube and on the bearings. Then unplugged the coil packs and cranked it till I got pressure. I used a mechanical gauge. I havnet tried to fire it yet. Waiting for my O2 sensors to come.

Default start up

If you don't want to wait crank it over should still start with out the 02 sensors.

You can oil prime any LS engine by holding the gas pedal to the floor while you crank it. It won't fire.

do you have ignition wired to hot in start/run? this seems to be the common problem, not getting power to injectors/coil packs when in start position.

Default same problem

i am having that same problem. i turn the key in ignition and the motor semms like it very close to cranking but it just doesnt. im no technician but a few friends have narrowed this problem to the crank position sensor. they say i must reflash it or something. the company that i bouhgt the ecm, tac, pedal, and harness from says it the tac module. the r not compatible. they r sending me a new one next week. and how do you wire it to hot/run. i wired my wiring harness (2 lines) to hot and the (4 lines) to igntion. when you turn the key they recieve power. right? i used a test light to find these sources.

Well mine cranks over, just doesn't fire. no spark. I have a standalone harness that made it real simple. The pink ignition lead goes to a start/run source. Thats it really. and all my battery connections are good. I heard grounds can be an issue, I have the batt to engine, frame, and body. Engine to body and body to frame. about the cam/crank sensor I dont know. I have an 98 f body engine, and ecm witha wait4me tune... I didnt replace those two sensors yet. The engine ran fine before i bought it.

Well good news, got it started. I used a different source for the ignition lead. Used a heavier gauge wire. Starts and runs fine, just having an idle issue. When I hit the throttle, and it comes back to idle, it dies....? any takers? and now I have a squeal coming from the front of the engine.. aaahhhhhh. pulling my hair out..

4L60E, GMP Hot cam, bbk intake and TB and yes the ecm was tuned for the cam. Its weird, it idled fine when it first fired. but now it doesnt fire unless I have the throttle open part way, and when I let off it dies... the MAL light isnt on, no trouble code either

sometimes the ecm has to learn the IAC position. Some of them wont do it until a certain amount of run time or a certain vehicle speed like 35 mph for a certain distance. That could be the cause of your problem. Even some stock ls1 cars do that after battery replacement. worth a shot i think.
