lol, I talked the guy down to 1500 for the kit.

I wish I had your motor though 6.2 would rock.

I was just looking and it looks like hawks third gen put one on an 89 formula....different setup though. I might go with the ram air II style hood because the maggie isnt going to clear the hood.

I also know that the pulley setup wont work, so im going to convert to truck accessories, so the pulley and belts all line up.

I need to contact speartech and find out more about what I need to do. I know there is something about the fuel injectors ill have to address.

The guy is also giving me a 3.0 pulley for more boost.

They do, but I dont think they are radix, I think they are using a differnt style.

speartech has the exact same blower and motor as I do.

No dyno numbers and it hasn't been to the track. The blower was on a truck before so the same basic tune runs it fairly well. Besides cutting a hole in the hood, it's mainly a regular swap. There is a bit more trouble mounting the intercooler and such, not real bad. For now the motor is a bone stock 6.0 with a 4l80. I'l have to find someone with a decent camara to get video.

I think its ugly personally...Doesn't flow well at all. The ONLY car I've seen that stlye hood look good on is the one it was intended for. lol I've seen em on 88-98 trucks, 4th gen Camaros, yada yada, and they all look like garbage IMO.

I always thought the ram air style hood looked cool on the third gen.. I could just never bring myself to pay upwards of 800.00?.. Wow, were they that expensive 5 years ago? Its been that long since I sold my third gen and havent given it any thought til now.. Any way.. if you have the money left after your build is where you want it.. I say go for it..
